Biodynamic Structures Workshop
This was an 11-day workshop which focused on learning various programs, such as Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Arduino, Firefly, Kangaroo, Weaverbird, Galapagos, and more, and using those skills to develop a project. This project was a pedestrian bridge that was to span the China Basin in San Francisco. It is a series of "islands" connected by bridges. Some of the islands disappear as the tide rises, and reappear when the tide recedes. This project was created in collaboration with Stuart Jones and Brian Hoffer.
